Refund & Returns Policy

At AQUISARA TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Personalized/customized products
- Health and personal care items
- Gift cards
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank

5. Exchanges
- We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at aquisaratradingpvtltd@gmail.com and send your item to:

6. Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (depending on the case).
